  • Du führst und koordinierst dein Schweißerteam fachlich sowie disziplinär
  • Du behältst Termine, Qualität und einen effizienten Fertigungsablauf im Blick
  • In Abstimmung mit der Schweißaufsicht entwickelst du schweißtechnische Prozesse weiter
  • Du achtest auf die Einhaltung aller Schweiß-, Fertigungs- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Als fachliche Ansprechperson unterstützt und entwickelst du dein Team im Arbeitsalltag
  • Du organisierst Prüfungen, Qualifikationen und erforderliche Nachweise
  • Mit deinen Ideen trägst du aktiv zur Optimierung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Fertigungsprozessen bei
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metall, Schweißtechnik oder Stahlbau
  • Ausbildung zum/zur Schweißwerkmeister_in (IWS) oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schweißfertigung, idealerweise im Stahl- oder Anlagenbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Schweißtechnik, technischen Zeichnungen und Qualitätssicherung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Qualitätsbewusstsein
