Accountable for the the supply chain & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Supply Chain (eg. sourcing, dispatch, fleet maintenance etc).

職務内容

• SCM Operations Lead & Manager Deputy - Operational Escalations: Serve as the designated deputy to the SCM Manager, taking ownership of operational escalations, supply chain bottlenecks, and critical incident resolutions at the Tsukuba site.
• - Functional Leadership: Provide functional guidance, technical leadership, and work review for SCM Specialists and Finite Planners, driving standardization (SOP creation/updates) and eliminating operational single-point-of-failure risks.
• - Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional coordination with Customer Service, Commercial/Sales, and Operations teams for high-priority shipments, emergency deliveries, and supply disruption mitigation. 2. ２．Advanced Planning & S&OP Integration - Rolling Supply Plans: Partner closely with the Finite Planner & Scheduler to refine short-term (1–2 weeks) detailed production schedules and long-term (up to 12 months) rolling supply plans (demand, production, capacity, inventory balance).
• - S&OP/IBP Leadership: Lead site preparation for monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reviews, presenting capacity vs. demand gap analyses, bottleneck mitigation plans, and inventory projections to regional BU leaders and site management. 3. Strategic Logistics & Compliance Governance - 3PL & Carrier Management: Direct performance management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and contract/rate negotiations for 3PL warehouse vendors, Freight Forwarders, and transport service providers.
• - Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with local laws and Air Liquide safety standards regarding the transport, storage, and handling of Dangerous Goods (DG) and High-Pressure Gases at the Tsukuba site.
• - Trade & Quality Governance: Oversee import/export trade compliance, international customs clearance procedures, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for logistics and product shipment non-conformances. 4. Inventory Control & ERP Data Governance - Inventory Accuracy: Oversee the site-wide cycle count program to maintain high inventory accuracy across raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and indirect materials in ERP.
• - DOH Optimization: Monitor raw material (RM) consumption rates, investigate BOM variances, and lead initiatives to identify and dispose of slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) inventory to improve Days On Hand (DOH) metrics. 5. Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement - Safety Leadership: Champion a Zero-Accident safety culture across warehouse and office environments, ensuring adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE), site safety protocols, and 5S standards.
• - Process Improvement: Lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) / Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) projects aimed at optimizing supply chain workflows, reducing lead times, eliminating waste, and lowering overall operational/logistics costs.

• 1-3 years of experience Developing product marketing plan Strong management experience and working with a team Previous Sales and Marketing experience desirable In depth understanding of a relevant marketplace The ability to analyse and predict market trends Customer relationship and communication skills
• •Strong, proven experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional meetings (e.g., Weekly Site Scheduling, Monthly S&OP/Integrated Business Planning).

High analytical capability with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Applications (advanced Sheets skills are a must).
