#### Ihre Aufgaben

Scrum Master & Teamarbeit

  • Übernahme der Scrum-Master-Rolle für ein agiles Entwicklungsteam
  • Sicherstellung eines funktionierenden Scrum-Prozesses (inkl. Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospektive)
  • Förderung von Eigenverantwortung, Klarheit und offener Kommunikation im Team
  • Aktives Identifizieren und Ansprechen von Hindernissen, Konflikten und ineffizienten Abläufen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Zusammenarbeit und Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner, Projektmanager und angrenzenden Bereichen

Softwareentwicklung

  • Entwicklung von Embedded Software für Satelliten-On-Board-Systeme (C)
  • Implementierung robuster Kommunikations-Stacks und On-Board-Protokolle
  • Mitarbeit an Architekturthemen wie Datenflüssen, Kommunikationspfaden und Echtzeitmechanismen
  • Unterstützung bei Test-, Validierungs- und Verifikationsaktivitäten für Raumfahrtsoftware
  • Integration moderner Engineering-Praktiken: CI/CD, Static Code Analysis, automatisiertes Testen
  • Durchführung von Code Reviews und aktive Verbesserung der Codequalität

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in der Arbeit in agilen Entwicklungsteams
  • Gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum) und deren pragmatische Anwendung im Alltag
  • Fähigkeit, Probleme klar zu benennen und konstruktiv Lösungen anzustoßen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Embedded Softwareentwicklung (C/C++)
  • Verständnis für Echtzeitsysteme, deterministisches Verhalten und ressourcenbeschränkte Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Begeisterung für Raumfahrt und Teamarbeit

Nice to have

  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse von On-Board-Kommunikationsstandards (SpaceWire, CAN, Ethernet, serielle Protokolle)
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Entwicklungsumgebungen (z. B. ECSS)
  • Erfahrung mit DevOps-Tools und Build-Pipelines
  • Scrum-Zertifizierung (z. B. PSM, CSM)
