  • Begleitung und Coaching von zwei agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams im Bereich Webshop Solutions

  • Identifikation und Lösung von Herausforderungen bei der agilen Skalierung
  • Förderung und aktive Vermittlung agiler Werte und Prinzipien
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Moderation und Vermittlung zwischen unterschiedlichen Perspektiven und Interessen
  • Förderung einer offenen, konstruktiven und wertschätzenden Teamkultur

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung für das Mid-Level, ca. 10 Jahre für das Senior-Level
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban und agilen Prinzipien
  • Tiefgreifendes theoretisches und praktisches Verständnis agiler Skalierungsansätze
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Softwareentwicklungsteams
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich App-Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Coaching von Entwicklungsteams und Product Ownern
  • Ausgeprägte Moderationskompetenz im Umgang mit heterogenen Teams
  • Fähigkeit, zwischen unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Perspektiven zu vermitteln
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
  • Eigeninitiative und Leidenschaft für agile Zusammenarbeit
  • Positive, humorvolle Persönlichkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit
