About the Role

We are looking for passionate .NET engineers to join our Product Engineering team building a large-scale Retail ERP platform used by enterprise retailers. The role involves designing and developing scalable backend services, modern APIs, and event-driven solutions while contributing to the transformation of our monolithic ERP into domain-oriented, cloud-ready services.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET.
• •Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for ERP and retail business workflows.
• •Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
• •Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend processing.
• •Design and implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Kafka or messaging platforms.
• •Work with PostgreSQL, including writing optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• •Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• •Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• •Collaborate with QA and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• •Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications into modular, domain-oriented services.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• •Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core (.NET 6/8+)
• •Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming , Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
• •Experience developing REST APIs
• •Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL
• •Experience with Entity Framework Core
• •Knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await)
• •Good understanding of dependency injection and middleware
• •Experience with Git-based source control
• •Familiarity with Docker and containerized development

Good to Have

• •Experience with Kafka or any event streaming platform
• •Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• •Understanding of Microservices architecture
• •Experience with Azure cloud services
• •Experience with Redis caching
• •Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• •Experience with OpenTelemetry or application monitoring
• •Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth)
