Mō te tūranga | About the role

Join Fulton Hogan as part of our Reseal Crew in Greymouth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with the crew to deliver good work safely, on time, and to a high standard across reseal and surfacing projects on the West Coast.

You’ll be part of a team that backs each other, takes ownership, and knows when to switch on and get the job done. We take the work seriously, not ourselves, and you’ll have the chance to build your skills while making a real impact in the communities we work in.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• •Operate plant, machinery, and equipment safely across reseal and surfacing works
• •Support the crew to deliver work to programme while meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• •Work closely with your team and leaders to keep communication clear and the job moving.
• •Help maintain plant, equipment, and work sites in a safe and tidy condition.
• •Contribute to strong day-to-day performance across projects for customers across the West Coast.

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with

• •Experience in road construction, surfacing, sealing, or reseal work.
• •A Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements. Class 4 and above, plus Dangerous Goods Endorsement, are advantageous.
• •Flexibility to work away from home and on shift when required.
• •A proactive approach to safety, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team.
• •A positive, reliable attitude, sound problem-solving skills, and a good sense of humour.
