Job Title / Designation: MANAGER – SALES

Job Description :

• •Should have a good understanding of the Education industry
• •Lead both the outreach and sales teams of the organization and ensure teams work in sync to achieve overall business goals
• •Contribute to building the overall sales and marketing strategy of Seamedu and owning yearly sales goals
• •Work with the Business Development Head to design the business forecast based on market inputs
• •Should have experience in both Online and Offline marketing methodologies
• •Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, process-oriented and aggressive growth environment
• •Recruit, Train, and Coach the Outreach and Sales Team

Specific Skill Set:

• •Active listening & service orientation
• •Strong communicator (both oral and written) in English
• •Good coordination & presentation skills
• •Well-versed with all tools of MS office
• •Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
• •Should demonstrate a positive attitude and high interpersonal skills

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 7+ years

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate/ Post graduate in any stream
