POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines,
• •Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
• •Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• •Restocks work station with food products as needed.
• •Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
• •Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• •Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• •Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times
• •Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• •ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT :

Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
