Job Description:

Schedule: full time days

• •Follows strict infection prevention precautions.
• •Adheres to policies and procedures regarding all aspects of medication safety.
• •Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
• •Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed.
• •Applies knowledge and skills pertaining to all diagnoses, procedures, medications, complications, and equipment associated with unit patient population.

• Education:
• •Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• •Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

2+ relevant clinical nurse experience preferred [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• •Registered Nurse Florida License (RN) [Required]
• •Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) [Required]
• •Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• •Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [Required]
• •APEX Innovations NIHSS [Required]

Pay Range:

• $37.76 - $70.23
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
