Seasonal Replenishment Team Member - 3rd Shift

Your Opportunity, Your Team

Replenishment Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and support returns put-away and restock the picking area. We have full-time seasonal positions available on third shift, working Sunday-Thursday from 10:30pm - 7:15am. You will report to an Operations Supervisor.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

Replenish active pick locations before the start of first shift while paying attention to all details to increase efficiency

Maintain an organized active pick area and replenishment aisle

Support returns, put-away, and fill to active

Pick items for personalization

Ensure that problems related to tasks are resolved before the end of the shift

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

All other tasks as directed by CSI Management.

What You'll Bring

3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment

This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting an average of 50 lbs

You will work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends when needed

Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation when needed

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
