Seasonal Worker

A Seasonal Worker will engage and assist in various production methods and departments during the manufacturing process of products and/or product components. Great job for college/high school students looking for seasonal/summer work!

Job Shift: 1st

Job Duties:

• •Cleaning and inspection of finished products
• •Utilization of simple mechanical or pneumatic hand tools (where applicable)
• •Assisting in the transportation of product/s through the production process
• •Sanding wood-based or wood edged products in preparation for staining/finishing
• •Sanding and finishing of Corian or other solid surface based product
• •Participate in general cleaning and housekeeping duties within manufacturing facility premises
• •Follow proper quality assurance measures and processes as set forth by Shoto Corporation
• •Follow proper safety procedures and regulations
• •Other duties as required

Requirements

• •Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. or more. Lesser amounts more frequently
• •Standing is required for most of the day including frequent turning, bending, crouching and twisting as required
• •Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
• •Ability to work as part of a team, or independently as required without direct supervision
• •Able to work briskly and steadily in an efficient manner
• •Overtime hours available
