  • schriftlich über Lösungen informieren Weiterleiten von nicht
  • lösbarer Probleme an zuständige Fachabteilungen oder den Third Level
  • Support, falls vorhanden Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • im IT-Umfeld Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Sicherer und
  • routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit Begeisterung für
  • IT und neue Technologien Perspektiven Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
