Für unseren Kunden aus der Telekommunikation suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Second Level Supporter (m/w/d) in Leipzig.

Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Start: asap

Dauer: 10 Monate

Option auf Übernahme: Nach 10 Monaten vom Kunden gewünscht

Wöchentliche Arbeitsstunden: 40 Stunden

Arbeitszeitrahmen: 5 Tage die Woche

Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung virtueller Pre-Checks
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für Installationen
  • Eigenständige Auftrags- und Terminabsprachen
  • Steuerung von Servicetechnickern und Nachunternehmern
  • Priorisierung und Bewertung von Auftragseingängen
  • Terminverfolgung, Auftragsmonitoring, Reporting und Dokumentation
  • Einsatz im Schichtsystem

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Telekommunikation, IT oder eine Vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • IT-Affinität und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen

Sprachanforderung:

  • Deutsch (C1 oder C2)
  • Englisch (C1)
