About the role

Working across a variety of year levels and learning areas, you will:

Deliver quality teaching aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum.

Maintain positive, safe, and productive classroom environments.

Build respectful relationships with students and staff.

Follow lesson plans while adapting to meet individual student needs.

Support student wellbeing and engagement in learning.

Contribute positively to the culture and daily operations of the College.

This is a casual relief position with flexible opportunities available throughout the school year.

About you

You are a confident and flexible educator who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and quickly building positive relationships with students.

You will bring:

Current Teacher Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).

Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence teaching across a range of secondary learning areas.

The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments.

A commitment to student wellbeing, professional excellence, and the Christian mission of the College.

Essential requirements

Current Teacher Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.

Current Working with Children Check.

National Police Clearance.

Current First Aid Certificate (desirable but highly regarded).

Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Active participation in a church or Christian community.

Acceptance of the College's Statement of Faith.

Commitment to maintaining a child-safe environment.

Desirable

Experience teaching across multiple secondary learning areas.

Previous relief teaching experience.

Knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum.

Confidence using educational technologies and learning management systems.
