Section Manager, Test Quality Control

The Opportunity

Oversees the overall Test Operations and Engineering and Controls implementation, and compliance monitoring in coordination with Site QMS. Responsible to lead the achievement of all quality targets for Test and Probe Operations through the regular quality operations meetings, discussions and Quality Task Forces. Ensures Production and Maintenance groups adapts and use quality tools in the management of process and equipment performance. Coordinates and partner with Operations teams to ensure meeting all internal & customer quality expectations and standards requirement. Oversees the management of the Production Quality Control Inspectors to ensure product quality compliance on products manufactured in AMPI Test Operations while keeping a highly effective and efficient process controls in place. Initiates Manufacturing Compliance for both Test and Probe Operations including but not limited to leading Test and Probe Operations in Audits Management and Compliance.

What You'll Do

• •Reviews and recommends yearly targets on the following: External & Internal quality performance KPI’s, Internal Audits, Standard Compliance, NQD-MVI’s, and anti-mixing issues.
• •Chair the Test Operations Quality Initiatives and present to top management the strategies, projects and action plans to ensure that KPI targets are met.
• •Chair the Anti-Mixing (Low Tech Error) initiatives (Tiger teams, task force etc). Making sure that all projects and initiatives are implemented.
• •Optimize Business Processes in different sections and departments of Test and Probe.
• •Coordinates and in partnership with operational teams to ensure meeting all internal & customer quality expectations and standards requirement.
• •Ensures Test Ops compliance to manufacturing standards and controls are updated, improved and communicated.
• •Responsible in the achievement of all quality targets for Test & Probe Operations through the quality programs.
• •Ensures the use of quality tools (8D, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, Change Management, Business Process, SPC, 7 Steps, Problem Solving, 7 Quality tools, CA/PA, 3X 5Why, RCA, 6 Sigma etc.) in the management of process and equipment performance
• •Ensures that Test and Probe Operations systems are being utilized and upgraded such as Electronic Change Control Board (ECCB), One Point Lesson (OPL), Good Catch and Quality Deviation Management System (QDMS)

What You'll Bring

• •Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Computer Engineering/Business Operations or 7 years minimum equivalent experience as section head/manager in a semiconductor environment.
• •Must have an excellent oral and written communication skills
• •Can Work Under Tremendous Pressure
• •Adept in Self-Motivation
