• Summary:
• - As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls, overseeing their transition into cloud security-managed operations, and ensuring the responsible use of AI technologies within the security ecosystem. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the security architecture supports business needs while maintaining robust protection across cloud and AI-driven environments.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• -Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• -Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• -Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• -Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
• -Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are integrated into all phases of cloud deployment.
• -Lead Responsible AI assessments to evaluate the ethical, legal, and security implications of AI systems deployed within the organization.
• -Define and enforce AI governance frameworks, ensuring AI models and pipelines adhere to fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy standards.
• -Conduct security risk assessments specific to AI/ML workloads, including model integrity, data poisoning, adversarial attack vectors, and inference vulnerabilities.
• -Collaborate with data science and AI engineering teams to embed security and responsible AI principles from the design phase through production deployment.
• -Monitor and audit AI systems for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal responsible AI policies.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• -Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Penetration Testing.
• -Strong expertise in identifying vulnerabilities and assessing security risks within cloud environments.
• -Experience in designing and implementing security architectures that comply with industry standards and regulations.
• -Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• -Familiarity with security tools and technologies used for penetration testing and vulnerability management.
• -Skilled in communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• -Knowledge of AI/ML security risks including adversarial robustness, model theft, data privacy, and supply chain vulnerabilities.
• -Hands-on experience with Responsible AI assessment frameworks (e.g., NIST AI -RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001) and their practical application.
• -Ability to assess AI systems for bias, explainability gaps, and compliance risks, and recommend corrective controls.
• -Familiarity with AI security tools and techniques such as red-teaming LLMs, model scanning, and AI threat modeling.

• Additional Information:
• -The candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing.
• -Exposure to AI/ML security assessments or responsible AI initiatives will be a strong differentiator.
• -This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• -A 15 years full-time education is required.
