• •You will support the Corporate Security Partner or Retail Security Business Partner in all operational security tasks and serve as the central point of contact for security-related matters at the site.
• •You will coordinate escalations, alarm notifications, access and security processes, prepare incident reports, and ensure the implementation of security policies and standard operating procedures.
• •You will conduct site assessments, security audits, and investigations; assist with CCTV analysis; and support measures related to crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
• •You will work closely with internal departments, security teams, service providers, and security authorities, and coordinate security measures, secure work areas, and the transport of confidential materials.
• •You will support security and infrastructure projects, monitor the progress of measures, and ensure transparent documentation, reporting, and communication with relevant stakeholders.

Profil

• •You hold a college degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in security management, public administration, or a related field.
• •You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the security sector, in a government role, in security management, or in a comparable position.
• •You have experience coordinating security incidents, investigations, and escalation processes, as well as dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• •You excel with strong communication, organizational, and team management skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
• •You maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations, make well-informed decisions, and act responsibly.
• •You have very good written and spoken English skills and, ideally, experience with common collaboration and documentation tools.
• •You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to work across locations as needed and to ensure 24/7 availability.
