Security Dispatcher

What you get to do:

• •Answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
• •Disseminate Park & emergency information to appropriate employees
• •Monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
• •Monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
• •Assist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
• •Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• •Coordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
• •Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• •At least 18 years old
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Experience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environment
• •Able to complete provided CPR training/certification
• •Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• •Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• •Able to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shift
• •Able to sit for long periods of time
• •Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
• •1 year administrative or related experience preferred
• •Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred

Compensation: 14.00 USD
