Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit points of the premises.
- Verify the identity of visitors, employees, and contractors and maintain visitor records.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify suspicious activities and security risks.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security equipment, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures, company policies, and site regulations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Report security breaches, accidents, damages, and unusual occurrences to the Security Team Leader.
- Assist in emergency evacuation, fire safety procedures, and crowd control when required.
- Maintain daily logbooks, visitor registers, and incident reports.
- Ensure that the assigned security post remains clean, organized, and properly monitored.
- Provide professional assistance and guidance to visitors and employees.
- Follow shift handover procedures and ensure proper communication with the next shift.
