As part of our Security team, you will help maintain a secure, safe, and welcoming environment by monitoring building entrances and perimeters, responding to incidents and emergencies, preparing reports, and assisting patients, visitors, and staff when needed. Role Overview:

• •Monitor building entrances, interior spaces, parking areas, and exterior perimeters to maintain safety and access control
• •Conduct routine patrols and remain alert to potential safety or security concerns throughout the facility
• •Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and requests for assistance
• •De-escalate disruptive or challenging situations using sound judgment and professionalism
• •Investigate incidents and complete accurate and detailed written reports
• •Operate surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security-related technology
• •Collaborate with clinical, operational, and facilities teams to support a safe patient care environment
• •Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and a visible security presence
• •Support emergency preparedness and response procedures as needed

Key Qualifications:

• •Valid New Jersey SORA Certification required
• •Prior experience working as a Security Guard or in a related public safety or customer-facing role preferred
• •Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including outdoors and during varying weather conditions
• •Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency or fast-paced situations
• •Experience handling conflict resolution and de-escalating difficult interactions preferred
• •Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and security best practices
• •Strong written communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately
• •Basic computer proficiency and comfort using security and reporting systems

Pay Range: $24.05 - $44.92
