What You Will Do

Patrolling the premises to deter and detect suspicious activity

Monitoring CCTV systems and other security technology

Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Assisting residents, visitors, and staff as needed to ensure safety

Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate security logs

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong observation and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with security systems, procedures, and basic computer skills
