## Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Begrüßung und Einlasskontrolle der Bewohner und Besucher
  • Überwachung, dass sich keine unbefugten Personen im Objekt aufhalten
  • Durchführung von Rundgängen, Kontroll- und Schließrunden
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner bei Problemsituationen
  • Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten in allen Situationen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sicherheit im Gebäude

## Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Sachkundezertifikat nach §34a GewO
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste-Hilfe-Zertifikat
  • Brandschutzhelfer Zertifikat
  • Erweitertes Führungszeugnis ohne Eintragungen
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu 12-Stunden-Schichten (Tag- und Nachtdienst)
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
