Job Description:

• •Manages the daily operations of the security department.
• •Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
• •Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
• •Monitors and follows up on complaints and investigations.
• •Assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.
• •Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and policies/procedures.
• •Prepares to exhibit oversight of emergency management plans.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Ability to speak, read and write in the English language [Required]
• •Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
• •Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms internally and externally [Required]
• •Ability to motivate co-workers to function effectively as a team in a challenging environment [Required]
• •Ability to assess risk and follow a proactive approach [Required]
• •Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within specified time frames [Required]

• •Bachelor's [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$83,366.40 - $155,084.80
