About the Role

As a Security Officer with MSS Security, you will join a professional, customer-focused team protecting people, property and critical infrastructure across industries including corporate, healthcare, aviation, government, retail and major events.

Key Duties

Your responsibilities may include:

Customer service and public assistance

CCTV monitoring

Access control and site entry management

Foot and vehicle patrols

Concierge and front-of-house services

Escorting staff and visitors

Incident response and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong communication and customer service skills

A professional and reliable attitude

Current driver licence and reliable transport

Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

• Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, customer service or community services is highly regarded due to transferable skills.
• Australian citizens with AGSVA Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are highly regarded.
