Security Officer Posting-Seasonal Position

Hiring for our new meet which begins November - If you apply for this position be aware that you may not start until approximately the last week of November for training and new hire orientation.

Duties:

• •Able to conduct patrols both inside and outside on foot
• •Computer proficient
• •Able to handle emergency situations in a calm, collective professional manner
• •Customer service excellence, able to answer questions and be familiar with facility
• •Responsible for safety and security of the facility
• •Access control, and proper documentation of guests and contractors
• •Monitoring alarms and answering phones
• •Act as a visible deterrent
• •Build, and maintain effective relationships with co-workers
• •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• •Excellent report writing skills
• •Effectively and accurately report and document safety concerns and security breaches
• •Be knowledgeable of standard operating procedures
• •Previous security experience is an asset
