Job Description

• Functional Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the CCTV / Access Cards function.

Role Responsibilities

To ensure all the cameras and monitors at all sites operating in good condition. b. To report any defects of devices to Security System, Executive for further action.

Functional Duties

a.To establish the guidelines in the management of the CCTV be provided at areas identifiedtobesusceptible to theft, pilferage, vandalism and sabotage.

b. To ensure that the system is installed in good working order, with proper back-up recordingsandstorage place for back-up disk for all the CCTV cameras in operation.

c. To ensure the CCTV cameras installed are accounted for by having proper camera taggingandtofacilitate location identification when viewing the CCTV.

d. To establish the guidelines in the management of Access Card System to enforce properaccountability whereby all the access cards issued and returned are approved/verifiedauthorized personnel and documented accordingly.

e. To ensure the Access Card is only granted to AirAsia’s staff or panel contractor afterendorsement/approval by PD and Group Head, Security.

Role Duties

a. Monitor the performance of CCTV; Access Control System which include Visitors Management System(ViMS), Alarm and Entry-pass Card System.

b. To record all uptime and downtime of CCTV and Access Card equipment.

c. Any incident of interest within the range of CCTV System should be recorded and follow-up actionstobe taken immediately.

d. Manage the security staff who on duty on CCTV and Access Card.

• Minimum working experience
• Prior experience in AVSEC or any related security field.

• Education
• Minimum requirement of SPM. Diploma/ Degree will be added advantage

• Professional qualifications
• a. ICAO or relevant aviation security certification would be added advantage. b. Familiar with IT System.
