About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at major facilities. Your responsibilities may include:

• •Managing access control and monitoring entry to secure facilities.
• •Maintaining a visible security presence and responding to incidents as required.
• •Conducting patrols and monitoring site activities.
• •Following established security procedures and reporting security concerns.
• •Providing professional customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.

About You

To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:

• •A current ACT security licence .
• •An active AGSVA security clearance at NV1, NV2 or Positive Vetting (PV) level .
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •A high level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• •The ability to follow procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• •Previous security experience, ideally within a government or high-security environment.
