Shift Availability for Maintenance Technician:

• •Part-time 3rd shift
• •Every other weekend
• •Every other Holiday

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:

• •Maintain the campus, facilities, and equipment.
• •Utilize a variety of building trades, including carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical as well as general labor.
• •Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents.
• •Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work.

Requirements

Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:

• •Minimum of 3 years Maintenance experience is required.
• •Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
• •Commitment to safety and quality of work.
