WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

  • Implementierung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) der Rheinmetall Nitrochemie an den Standorten Aschau und Wimmis so wie der Rheinmetall NC
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schutzbedarfsfeststellungen, Strukturanalysen und Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikobehandlung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Regelwerken im Bereich der Informationssicherheit
  • Beratung und Unterstützung interner Bedarfsträgern
  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Security-Awareness-Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Security Principal der Divison und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse und Aufarbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Berichterstattung an den Security Principal der Division und relevante Bedarfsträger
  • Durchführung, Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Audits
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit fundierten Kenntnissen der IT- und Informationssicherheit
  • Praktische Erfahrung sowie einschlägige Zertifizierungen im Bereich der IT- und Informationssicherheit
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO-Normenfamilie 27000, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST Standards, CMMC, CE+, TISAX)
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von ISO 27001 und IT-Grundschutz sowie im Umgang mit Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
