Der Security Shift Lead übernimmt die operative und fachliche Führung des Security Teams während der Schicht. Er gewährleistet die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, koordiniert Einsätze, trifft situationsgerechte Entscheidungen und ist erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Kunden und externe Stellen.

Was zu tun ist

  • Operative Führung, Einsatzplanung und Kontrolle der Security Officer während der Schicht
  • Einweisung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Motivation des Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von Sicherheitsübungen
  • Koordination bei besonderen Vorkommnissen (Alarme, Störungen, Notfälle)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Kontrolle von Arbeitsmitteln, -kleidung und Arbeitsplatz
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Anwesenheit, Vorfallsberichten und Schichtübergaben
  • Übernahme sonstiger vom Sicherheitsmanagement zugewiesener Aufgaben

Was mitzubringen ist

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Sicherheitsbranche
  • Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO oder vergleichbare militärische bzw. polizeiliche Erfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Sicherheitsteams an großen Standorten, in Konzernen oder Produktionsstätten ist wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Sicherheitsverfahren und -protokolle
  • Erfahrung mit Zutrittskontrollsystemen, Videoüberwachung und weiteren Sicherheitssystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und Entscheidungsstärke unter Stress
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Kreative Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit (Nacht, Wochenende, Feiertage)
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen nationalen und internationalen Reisen
