About the role:

A great opportunity to join our UK Security teams completing a range of admin tasks.

There will be on-the-job training, mentoring and guidance as part of a business team in a technology environment.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Ability to obtain a SC Clearance
  • Good general office skills including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • Good time keeping skills.
  • A willingness to learn.

Desirable

  • Business studies qualifications.
  • An interest in corporate security.

Responsibilities

· Support the Security Coordination team in processing of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks.

· Support the Security Coordination team in processing United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances.

· Support Security Coordination Manager in the compliance, preparation and creation of Security Metrics.

· Support on site access request administration.

· Support business continuity and incident management processes, incidents and investigations.

· Administration of electronic database for employee clearances.

· Administration of site visitor security pass issue and receipt.

· Confirmation of employee security clearance details to external parties.

· Maintenance of records.

· General office administration support.
