## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Seelsorger\*in für unsere Bewohner\*innen und Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Seelsorgerliche Gespräche, Beratung und Begleitung der Bewohner\*innen und Mitarbeiter\*innen in unterschiedlichen Situationen
  • Beteiligung an der palliativen Betreuung schwerstkranker und sterbender Bewohner\*innen (spiritual care)
  • Organisation, Planung und Gestaltung der Gottesdienste, Andachten und seelsorgerischer Angebote sowie besonderer situationsbezogener Rituale und Übernahme anfallender Kasualien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachabteilungen

## Ihr Profil:

  • Im Idealfall sind Sie Pfarrerin oder Pfarrer und verfügen über Erfahrungen in der Seelsorge
  • Möglich ist auch ein abgeschlossenes Theologiestudium, eine Ausbildung als Diakon\*in oder eine Prädikantenbeauftragung
  • Erfahrung in größeren und kleineren gottesdienstlichen Formen sowie im Leiten von Gesprächsgruppen
  • Pastoralpsychologisch orientierte Qualifizierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
