SIE ÜBERNEHMEN:

  • Annahme von Telefongesprächen
  • Bearbeitung der eingehenden Anrufe mit Weiterleitung
  • Erstellung und Ablage von Dokumenten - sowohl Digital als auch in Papierform
  • Organisation von Büroabläufen Sekretariat
  • Selbstständige Problemlösungen herbeiführen
  • Aktive Kommunikation gegenüber allen Mitarbeitern, Kollegen, Mandanten, Partnern und Lieferanten
