  • Rechtliche Vertretung von volljährigen Personen, die aufgrund einer Erkrankung oder Behinderung ihre Angelegenheiten nicht mehr oder nicht ausreichend besorgen können
  • Sicherstellung und Durchsetzung von Rechtsansprüchen gegenüber Leistungsträgern und Behörden
  • Unterstützung beispielsweise bei der Regelung der Finanzen, Organisation von pflegerischen Diensten, Einwilligung in ärztliche Maßnahmen etc.
  • Sie besitzen Verständnis für herausfordernde Lebenslagen und die Fähigkeit, Kontakte mit Menschen mit Behinderung oder psychischer Erkrankung zielgerichtet, respektvoll und wertschätzend zu gestalten UND
  • verfügen über in abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit / Sozialpädagogik mit staatlicher Anerkennung ODER
  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit Befähigung zum Richteramt ODER
  • einen Sachkundenachweis nach § 8 BtRegV
