You will work closely with clients, third-party partners, our internal Patient Engagement team, and our in-house studio and production teams to support the successful delivery of projects. You will use your project management skills to deliver a wide range of services to clients including the development of project timelines, status reports and financial records.

Here's what you'll be doing:

build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service

organize and participate in meetings with clients, internal teams and third-party partners

produce regular status updates for clients on current projects

assist in the financial management of assigned projects

To succeed, you should ideally have previous experience working within a CRO, clinical trial environment or related agency setting with experience in clinical trial materials development and delivery being particularly relevant. Experience within a medical communications agency, pharmaceutical marketing or patient organisation environment would be considered beneficial. You should have good financial understanding, strong project management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
