Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Coverage, Product, Credit, Risk, Legal and Compliance functions to facilitate efficient processing of client requests and account-related matters.
Ensure that all client interactions, documentation and activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and compliance standards, including proper record keeping within Deutsche Bank systems.
Manage and resolve complex account-related enquiries throughout the lifecycle of Private Banking relationships, delivering a high standard of service and operational excellence.
Contribute to departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, controls, efficiency and the overall client experience.
Skills:
3-5 years of professional experience within the financial services industry, preferably in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services or a related field.
Sound understanding of banking products, services, operational processes and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply policies and procedures effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and functions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines.
Proactive, client-focused and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating a positive attitude and a dynamic approach to work.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
