The Opportunity

Are you a tech-forward accounting professional who thrives on finding efficiencies and

optimizing systems? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to serve as the backbone

of our financial reporting. If you have exceptional attention to detail, advanced technical

skills, and a desire to grow into a finance leadership role as part of a long-term

succession plan, we want you to help shape our future.

What You’ll Do

• •Manage Core Accounting: Lead and participate in the monthly and year-end close process, prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• •Support Strategic Finance: Partner with the Controller and VP of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• •Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation
• •schedules, coordinate annual audit requests, and prepare sales tax and other compliance filings.
• •Optimize & Cross-Train: Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual data entry, streamline financial reporting, and drive process automation.

Requirements

What You Bring

• •5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• •A curious, self-starter mindset: you naturally look for ways to optimize processes and find quicker, more efficient ways to execute tasks.
• •Advanced Excel skills and a strong aptitude for leveraging technology.
• •Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the absolute accuracy of core financial data in a high-volume environment.
• •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or actively pursuing
• •CPA preferred
