Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• •Accounting operations — processing accounting documents, monthly and annual closings.
• •Data accuracy control — oversight of accounting records and compliance with legislation.
• •Financial reporting — preparation of reports and analyses for the CFO and management.
• •Audit support — providing documentation, explanations, and cooperation during internal and external audits.
• •Process optimization — proposing improvements to increase efficiency of accounting workflows.
• •Mentoring junior accountants — professional guidance and support for less experienced team members.

Requirements

• •University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
• •Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting legislation
• •Active knowledge of English and ability to communicate confidently in English
• •Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)
• •Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and responsibility
