## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für die GuV sowie Sicherstellung korrekter und termingerechter Abschlüsse
  • Operative Verantwortung für Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
  • Steuerung des Mahnwesens inkl. aktiver Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Lieferanten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung sauberer Buchungen und Kontenabstimmungen
  • Vorbereitung und Abstimmung des Konzernreportings
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft

## Ihr Profil

  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Mittelstand
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Bilanz und GuV-Zusammenhängen
  • Erfahrung im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
