Job Description: -

• Oracle Cloud System Expertise
• •Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, ARCS, EPM)
• •Support and enhance system functionality to unlock improved business outcomes
• •Troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and collaborate with IT, system administrators, and system implementor
• •Maintain and improve system documentation, controls, and workflows
• Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
• •Identify opportunities to automate manual accounting processes using Oracle Cloud tools (e.g., agentic AI, dashboards, rules, integrations)
• •Design and implement scalable, efficient processes to reduce cycle time and minimize errors
• •Drive standardization and best practices across accounting operations
• •Partner cross-functionally to streamline data flows and reporting
• Project & Transformation Support
• •Support system implementation, upgrades, or enhancement projects
• •Assist with data validation, testing (UAT), and process redesign during system changes
• •Provide training and guidance to team members on new tools and processes

• Qualifications Required
• •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• •4–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• •Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion)
• •Direct involvement in an ERP migration to a cloud-based Oracle system
• •Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
• •Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
• Preferred
• •Experience with system integrations, reporting tools (e.g., Smart View, FDI, and BI Tools), or automation tools (Alteryx)
• •Background in process improvement methodologies
