Coordinate and manage annual tax return preparation and compliance filings

Oversee sales tax, payroll tax, and other regulatory reporting requirements

Ensure strong internal controls and recommend process improvements

Supervise, mentor, and develop team staff

Assign work, review deliverables, and provide timely coaching and feedback

Monitor workloads and engagement status to ensure effective resource utilization

Serve as a role model for BST-GF’s values, professionalism, and client service standards

Implement and ensure compliance with the Outsourcing Accounting & Advisory Team’s standardized accounting procedures and methodologies

Leverage and support cloud-based accounting systems and technology implementations

Apply audit-style rigor to month-end close and reporting processes

Identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across client engagements

To be successful in this role, you will bring with you:
