What you’ll do

As a Senior Advisor, Digital Communications in our Brand, Marketing and Communications – Content & Engagement team based in Melbourne, you’ll manage the company website to support business goals and brand positioning. You will be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

Optimise the website to improve user experience, discoverability and engagement

Use website analytics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and inform digital decisions

Collaborate with content owners to optimise website content for quality, discoverability and impact

Maintain website governance and champion best practice across accessibility, brand, compliance and cybersecurity

Manage the ongoing evolution of the website, working with IT and external partners to improve functionality and business outcomes

What you’ll bring

At least five to seven years’ experience managing and optimising enterprise websites and digital channels

Excellent marketing and communications skills, including strong editorial judgement and stakeholder engagement

Experience using enterprise content management systems, with Sitecore experience preferred

Strong digital analytics capability, with the ability to turn performance insights into practical improvements

Must have intermediate HTML and CSS knowledge, with knowledge of SEO and AIO best practice

A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism, business, strategy or a related discipline
