• This role provides senior-level supervisory guidance across advertising, marketing, social media, and business communications in a highly regulated financial services environment.
• You will serve as a trusted advisor to financial professionals, marketing teams, corporate functions, and other business partners.
• The position combines regulatory expertise, risk assessment, independent judgment, and practical problem-solving to address complex and sensitive matters.
• You will review communications, research evolving regulatory questions, and translate requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
• Beyond individual reviews, you will identify trends and control gaps and help strengthen supervisory programs, policies, processes, and training.
• The role offers significant cross-functional exposure, including collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and senior business stakeholders.
