Aufgaben:

  • Repräsentation von Diehl Aviation innerhalb der Aero Excellence Initiative (SCE A) sowie aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung branchenweiter Exzellenzstandards in der Aerospace-Industrie.
  • Planung, Leitung und Durchführung internationaler Aero Excellence Assessments bei Lieferanten mit Fokus auf Operational Excellence, insbesondere hinsichtlich Effizienz, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Managementsystemen und operativer Leistungsfähigkeit.
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Unternehmens-, Produktions-, Planungs- und Steuerungsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, einschließlich der Beurteilung von MRP-/MRP-II-Systemen und deren Wirksamkeit.
  • Bewertung des Reifegrads von Lean Production Systemen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Performance, Qualität und Wertschöpfung.
  • Fachliche Beratung und Steuerung zielgerichteter Verbesserungs- und Benchmarking-Initiativen bei Lieferanten in den Bereichen Operational Excellence, Sustainability und Cyber Security zur nachhaltigen Stärkung der Leistungsfähigkeit und Resilienz der Lieferkette.

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) als Lead Assessor bzw. Lead Auditor in einem internationalen Umfeld mit nachweislicher Expertise in der Durchführung von Assessments, Audits und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Anwendung international anerkannter Methoden und Standards, insbesondere APICS, Six Sigma Black Belt, Minitab, APQP sowie VDA 6.3.
  • Idealwerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie (mindestens 2 Jahre) sowie umfassende Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer und normativer Anforderungen, insbesondere EN/AS9100 und EASA Part 21/G.
  • Erfahrung in der Schulung, fachlichen Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Assessoren sowie ausgeprägte Coaching-, Moderations- und Kommunikationskompetenz im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
