Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers. They own the Amazon/Agency HoldCo relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating at all levels, strategic thinkers, and able to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve ambitious goals, and have the ability to “think big.” In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.

- About the team
