Position: Senior AI Developer

Location: CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina

Candidate must be within local travel distance to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role will begin as remote until we find a co-working space in CABA, Buenos Aires.

• Job Summary:
• We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, Python, and modern cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI systems, API development, and scalable AWS cloud services.

The role involves building AI-powered applications, integrating foundation models through AWS Bedrock, developing intelligent agents, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Generative AI Development

• •Design and develop enterprise AI applications using AWS Bedrock foundation models.
• •Build conversational AI assistants, intelligent agents, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• •Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• •Develop prompt engineering frameworks and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance.
• •Evaluate and benchmark foundation models for specific business use cases.
• •Implement guardrails, responsible AI controls, and model monitoring.

Software Engineering

• •Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• •Design RESTful APIs and microservices supporting AI workloads.
• •Build reusable AI components and frameworks for enterprise adoption.
• •Create automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
• •Optimize application performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• •Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock in production environments.
• •Experience building enterprise-scale applications using Python.
