Where You'll Create Impact

Build!

Own AI features end-to-end - agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and the production infrastructure that runs them at scale

Build the evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops that turn good models into reliable, production-grade systems

Apply LLMs to financial data - structured, high-stakes, and unforgiving - partnering with product and domain experts to push past what's been done in ERP before

What Sets You Up for Success

Hardcore work ethic and high agency

3+ years in a technical role with strong backend, API, and cloud infrastructure foundations

2+ years shipping production AI systems with real users and real stakes - not research or prototypes

Hands-on with production LLM applications: RAG, agentic systems, or structured extraction

Proficient in Python, comfortable across the full stack

Ignacio shaped the baseline of our integration framework from scratch in a single weekend, then spent most weekends - while coordinating the team - shipping what was never on the roadmap: webhooks, a search engine for millions of transactions, and Puma itself. Pure initiative, compounding.

Marcin took a non-existent tax structure and built it end to end, setting the north star for how the team keeps improving it on top of it; modular and robust, always setting the bar for the rest.

Puhiza grew her team from one to full capacity, while owning our integration framework end to end; scaling it to support migrations, integrations, and bank connections. The queen of I/O on our platform.

Danylo took ownership of our bank connection engine end to end and rebuilt it from scratch over a weekend.

Equity: $45,000 - $65,000

Base salary: $140,000 - $200,000
