• •Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
• •Take systems from idea to production deployment
• •Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
• •Lead teams of engineers
• •Translate business challenges into technical solutions
• •Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• •Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
• •Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to successful start new opportunities

Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues where autonomy is highly valued.

## WHAT YOU BRING

• •4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
• •Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
• •Experience within the GenAI space (currently hiring for this domain)
• •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• •Experience leading projects or small technical teams
• •Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and German
• •Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
• •Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
