About the Role

• •We are looking for a highly technical AI Engineer to bridge gaps among Product, Sales, Marketing, and AI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems rather than just managing campaigns.
• •You'll leverage modern AI coding platforms and no-code/low-code tools to rapidly build automations, internal tools, customer-facing experiences, and AI agents that accelerate our go-to-market efforts.
• •This role is perfect for builders who can turn ideas into working products within hours instead of weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Build AI-powered workflows to improve lead generation, qualification, outreach, and customer engagement.
• •Develop internal tools that improve Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
• •Design and deploy Voice AI Agents for inbound/outbound customer interactions.
• •Build prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools.
• •Automate repetitive processes using APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms.
• •Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• •Integrate CRMs, communication platforms, AI models, and third-party SaaS applications.
• •Rapidly experiment, iterate, and deploy growth initiatives.
• •Measure performance of automations and continuously optimize them.

Required Skills

AI Development

Strong experience using AI code generation platforms such as:

Claude Code | Lovable | Codex | Cursor | Antigravity (or similar AI developer tools) | Automation

Experience with tools like:

n8n | Make | Zapier | LangChain | OpenAI APIs | Anthropic APIs | JavaScript or Python | REST APIs | JSON | Webhooks | Git/GitHub | AI Agents

Hands-on experience building:

Voice Agents | AI Chatbots | AI Assistants | Workflow Agents | Multi-Agent Systems

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)

✅ Built production-grade Voice AI Agents

✅ Experience with: ElevenLabs | Vapi | Retell AI | Bland AI | Twilio | LiveKit

✅ Experience integrating: HubSpot | Salesforce | Zoho CRM | Slack | Google Workspace | Microsoft 365
