Build the Next Generation of Super Intelligence Products

At Exiger, we're reimagining how AI-powered products are conceived, built, and delivered. Our vision for Super Intelligence brings together advanced AI, intelligent agents, proprietary data, and human expertise to help organizations solve complex problems and make better decisions.

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI Product Builder who thrives at the intersection of product, technology, and the customer.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused solely on roadmaps and requirements, nor is it a purely engineering role focused only on implementation. We're looking for someone who can understand complex business challenges, work directly with customers and stakeholders, identify what should be built, and help turn those ideas into working AI-powered products.

You should be equally comfortable leading a conversation with business executives, collaborating with engineers on technical approaches, and rapidly prototyping solutions using AI tools, APIs, code, and automation platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong product instincts, hands-on technical experience, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You've worked directly with customers, understand how to uncover their underlying needs, and know how to translate those insights into products that deliver measurable value.

You'll play an important role in shaping Exiger's next generation of Super Intelligence experiences while helping define a faster, more collaborative, AI-enabled approach to product development.

What You'll Do

Customer Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement

Work directly with customers, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to understand their challenges, workflows, and opportunities for improvement.

Lead discovery conversations, workshops, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions with both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Translate ambiguous business problems and customer requests into clear product opportunities, requirements, and actionable solutions.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and establish trust through clear communication and consistent follow-through.

Challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and help customers distinguish between what they initially request and what will actually solve their problem.

Communicate product recommendations, technical tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Product Ownership & Execution

Take ownership of product initiatives from initial discovery and problem definition through prototyping, development, launch, and iteration.

Partner with engineers, designers, data specialists, and other product builders to translate customer needs into useful AI-powered experiences.

Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, feasibility, and available resources.

Make thoughtful tradeoffs around scope, speed, usability, technical complexity, and long-term value.

Rapidly test ideas with customers, incorporate feedback, and refine solutions before investing heavily in development.

Use product analytics, customer feedback, and measurable outcomes to determine what to build, improve, or stop.

Drive alignment across teams and keep initiatives moving forward, even when requirements or priorities change.

AI Product Building & Technical Collaboration

Design, prototype, and help deliver AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, automations, and workflows that solve real customer problems.

Use large language models, agentic frameworks, APIs, code, and AI-assisted development tools to rapidly explore and validate product ideas.

Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, architecture, integrations, and technical feasibility.

Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, agent orchestration, prompt and context design, and model selection.

Understand when AI is the appropriate solution and when traditional software or deterministic workflows may be more reliable.

Partner with engineers to define evaluations, test cases, and quality measures for AI-powered features, including accuracy, reliability, safety, and usefulness.

Identify technical limitations, troubleshoot issues, and help determine practical solutions.

Contribute directly to prototypes, automations, and technical workflows while working alongside experienced engineers on production implementations.

Help develop responsible AI experiences that account for security, privacy, customer data, and appropriate human oversight.

What We're Looking For

Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in product development, technical product ownership, AI application development, product engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or a related field. We value demonstrated capability and ownership over a specific number of years.

Meaningful experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, or senior leaders to understand needs, gather feedback, influence decisions, and drive successful outcomes.

Demonstrated experience owning products or significant product initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Strong product judgment, including the ability to identify valuable problems, prioritize competing needs, and make informed tradeoffs.

Hands-on experience building or prototyping software applications, AI-powered tools, automations, or technical workflows.

Practical understanding of large language models and modern AI applications, including their capabilities, limitations, and real-world use cases.

Familiarity with AI agents, RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, model evaluation, or related AI development techniques.

Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with APIs, data integration, and software development fundamentals.

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and participate meaningfully in technical discussions without needing to own every aspect of implementation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage customers and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

Experience navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions constructively, and bringing structure to complex or loosely defined business problems.

A track record of taking initiative, experimenting with new approaches, and following through to deliver measurabl
